The Superfund Research Program (SRP) supports multidisciplinary research to address human and environmental health challenges related to Superfund and other hazardous waste sites.
The SRP annual meeting brings together researchers, trainees, and administrators supported by the program, representatives from partner agencies, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), and other interested individuals to discuss new research, technology, communication, and community engagement in critical areas related to the SRP mission.
Dolce Hayes Mansion guest rooms for the duration of the annual meeting are current sold out.
If you have reserved a room and will be unable to attend the meeting, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION ASAP and contact Bill Brockett noting the cancellation, so that I can make the room available to another participant.

We've secured a block of “overflow” guest rooms at the Four Points by Sheraton San Jose, Silicon Valley. We will run a shuttle between the Sheraton and the Hayes Mansion Conference Center. We will post a shuttle schedule at the meeting. Please use this direct reservation link to the blocked rooms at the Four Points Sheraton to reserve a room.

Though you may find a better selection of flights to San Francisco International (SFO) or Oakland International (OAK) airports, the closest airport to the Dolce Hayes Mansion is Mineta San Jose International (SJC). Transfer between SJC and the Hotel is available by a Hotel Shuttle at a cost of $35 each way, which can be added to your room charges. Please notify the Hotel of your flight arrival and departure times. Other ground transportation options from SJC can be found and contacted by clicking the “Ground Transportation” link on the SJC web site (link below). A taxi will cost approximately $40 and a shared-ride van will cost about $25.

The fee for the separate group dinners on Thursday, 11/13 (PI/Directors-$30, Administrators-$25, and Trainees-$20) can now be paid in advance on-line. Please see the appropriate “Ticket Type” in the Ticket Information box below. These fees can also be paid on-site at the registration desk before noon on Thursday, 11/13 so that we can give the hotel the final counts.
Registrations can be canceled by sending an email request to Bill Brockett <firstname.lastname@example.org>. Cancellation requests after October 30 will receive a 50% refund and there will be no refunds after November 5th.
