SUPERFUND RESEARCH PROGRAM

November 12-14, San Jose, CA

Meeting Registration

Welcome

The Superfund Research Program (SRP) supports multidisciplinary research to address human and environmental health challenges related to Superfund and other hazardous waste sites.

The SRP annual meeting brings together researchers, trainees, and administrators supported by the program, representatives from partner agencies, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), and other interested individuals to discuss new research, technology, communication, and community engagement in critical areas related to the SRP mission.

LOCATION

HOTEL GUEST ROOM UPDATE AS OF 10/16/2014

Only a few guest rooms are still available at the Dolce Hayes Mansion for check-in on 11/11 or 11/12 and departure on 11/14 and possibly 11/15. The rooms may not show up as available on the Hayes Mansion link, depending on the dates and room type you specify. If you cannot get a room at Hayes Mansion and wish to, please contact Bill Brockett for help. Please include your arrival and departure dates, name(s) of the guest(s), and specify single or double room type. I will try to accommodate you.

If you have reserved a room and will be unable to attend the meeting, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION ASAP and contact Bill Brockett noting the cancellation, so that I can make the room available to another participant.

If you book a double and are willing to share, or if you’re willing to room with another guest, please check our LinkedIn "Roomshare Message Board".

We've secured a block of “overflow” guest rooms at the Four Points by Sheraton San Jose, Silicon Valley. This is a very nice facility, but it requires a shuttle ride to get to Hayes Mansion. We will attempt to provide frequent shuttle service and will post a schedule at the meeting. However, it will be most convenient if we can get as many participants as possible in guest rooms at the Hayes Mansion first. The Four Points Sheraton direct reservation link is here.
